Venkatachalam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, and brings over two decades of extensive hands-on field experience across complex engineering and infrastructure projects. His leadership blends deep operational understanding with strategic foresight, driving CMK Projects’ growth through uncompromising quality, execution excellence, and long-term value creation. In addition to his role at CMK Projects, he also serves as the Managing Director of WS Industries Limited and as Secretary at Kangeyam Institutions.

Executive Director
Mrs. V. Dhivya holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stella Maris College and a Master’s in Information Technology. She plays a key role in managing asset and transport operations at CMK Projects, ensuring efficiency and reliability across critical functions, while also overseeing the Group’s real estate arm. A mother and a strong operational leader, she brings clarity, resilience, and a grounded, people-focused approach to the organization.

Executive Director
Mr. V. Pranavharshan represents the next generation of leadership at CMK Projects, bringing a rare blend of academic excellence, global exposure, and forward-looking vision. He completed a 4-year Business Administration and Finance program at USC Marshall School of Business in 2.5 years, followed by a Master’s in Management from the world-renowned London Business School. He gained valuable international experience with Network Rail in London, building a strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure systems and global project execution. His interests lie in AI-led infrastructure and capital allocation, shaping a sharp, future-focused approach to the industry. He currently serves as a Director at RPP Infra and is a Co-Founder of Cinco Metropolis.
